Attendees at IGN Live 2026 were treated to an exclusive sneak peek at Evil Dead Burn, which you can now watch here via the player embedded below. And, yikes, this scene certainly puts the “burn” in Evil Dead Burn. Cheers!

“After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home,” according to the film’s official synopsis.

“As one by one they are transformed into Deadites—turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell—she comes to discover that the vows she took in life... live on even in death.”

Sébastien Vaniček (Infested) directs this latest entry in the long-running horror franchise, which opens in theaters July 10, 2026.

Evil Dead Burn won’t be the last we’ll see of the Deadites, however.

Evil Dead Wrath is the next movie in the series and is slated to be released on April 7, 2028. Creator Sam Raimi, who is an executive producer on the film, told attendees at this year’s CinemaCon that Evil Dead Wrath will be "the most terrifying experience."
